Morning,

 

I am also having similar issues - phoned support on Friday and was told everyone's bank feeds were down.  Still won't update today - following error message:

 

'Cannot get bank feeds - Only authorised representatives of this company file can update bank feeds.  You'll need to contact a company file administrator to update this feed for you, or to request your own administrator access'

 

I have checked and I am set up with adminsitrator access.  Tried closing and restarting, not working for both bank accounts.

 

Any suggestions?  Phone support not available due to holiday trading.

Hi @Branbo

 

That message was separate to the other thread and has an entirely different cause, as a result I've moved it to it's own thread to not confuse anyone else looking for help for.

 

For this cause, this means that when you're trying to sign in it's not recognising the email as an Online Administrator or File User (This is different to the Administrator Role in Setup > User Access)

 

To be sure of your set up, can you send me a Private Message with:

  • The MYOB Serial Number (Found in: Setup > Company Information)
  • The Company File ID (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • The Email you are using to sign in

 

You can send me a Private Message by hovering your mouse over my Avatar and clicking Send Message on the popup.
