Remove old owners in AccountRight

Hi 

I would like to remove 2 old owners in AccountRight.  I understand the current owner needs to provide authority.  He tried to call previously and the request was only half completed.  Is there an email address we can write to?  I am also waiting online via MOCA but there is no response.

• Business name 
• Primary contacts full name and email address
