I am trying to run reports and constantly get a time out error. I am working on a file in the cloud. I notice on posts from previous years that it is possible to extend the time out period. Can anyone supply this to me please.

The timeout extender can be found on our Community Forum post, AccountRight Timeout Extender. As this does involve modifying a specific file on your computer, you may want to speak with your IT professional for assistance
