Rules disappearing

Has anyone found that rules that they had set up in the past are no longer there?

I know foreign currency ones don't work but normal every day ones.

 

Also there doesn't seem to be anyway to delete an attached invoice from the system.

Once it is attached there doesn't seem to be anyway to unattach it?

Thanks for your post. So that I can assist you better with the rules disappearing can you please clarify which rules you are having problems with eg bank feeds, recurring transactions?

 

To delete an attachment from a transaction, open the transaction, click on Attachments, click on the attachment you want to delete and click Delete. This will delete the attachment permanently so if you need to keep a copy you can save it before deleting it. To save an attachment, click on Attachments, click on Enlarge and then click on the Save button.

Thanks for the instruction about deleting documents.

The rules that disappeared were from bank feeds.

Hi @Connockity 

 

Thanks for clarifying the rules you are having problems with. If rules are not automatically matching I'd check the set up of the rule and the actual bank transaction in case there have been changes which are preventing the match. This help article, Bank feed rules, has more information on how matching works. 

 

If you are still having problems can you provide screenshots of the bank feeds window and rule window.
