Still can hardly use Essentials

I read about all the faults this morning with essentials and MYOB posting that its fixed. This is no the case from my end.

1. It wont load at all

2. i will have to retypre entries

3. entries that i enter get dropped (eg i have to go back and redo them)

4. Some of my old data of profile setups has been lost

5. no confimrations of emaisl sent to customers

6. some pages load and some dont

7. the quick select tabs at the top arent appreaing at all (eg sales, purchases, payroll etc etc) only the dashboard tab consistantly turns up

 

Basically its unusable. Im not sure the work i have done has even sent.

I'm sorry that you're still having problems. We've passed this feedback on to our developers who are investigating the performance issues being experienced by some users.

 

We do apologise for the inconvenience caused and are working to get this resolved asap.
