Stuck on back up

Stuck on back up

We are unable to login to MYOB due to the error message:

This company file is currently backing up

You can sign on once the backup is complete.'

The backup appears to be frozen.

Can some one help please!

We have reset your file back to active. Can you please try logging in now and confirm if you still get the same error ?
