TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

I have been using Two factor Authenication for some time using the standard authenticator.  I have a new Iphone and since then my  codes from the app dont seem to match that required by my MYOB File.  I have not yet been offered the new MYOB 2FA system.  I tried ringing support but wait time is 64 to 68 minutes which I find unacceptable.   Can anybody help as Im tired of having to get a backup email code.  manyb thanks

Thank you for your post. If you've changed your phone, I'd recommend checking out our help article Switching your two-factor authentication device which has information and instructions on how to do this.
