Termination code 1203

Hello, today our MYOB Account Right started closing with Termination Code 1203. 

 

I have tried both verifying and optimising the company file, but MYOB terminates both times, which leads me to believe there is a corrupt file.

 

I saw on this forum something about being able to optimise the company file outside of the program but can't see how to do that? I'm on a mac.

 

Of course I haven't backed up for 11 days, which is silly, so I'm really hoping I don't have to restore a backup to move forward.

Hi @A_Wright

 

All the instructions about optimising your file outside AccountRight are normally to do with the Windows operating system. If you have a MAC typically that means you would have AccountEdge.

 

For AccountEdge you can have a look at the online help for AccountEdge optimisation. For v17 it is here, Optimising your company file.
