Two-factor authentication - verification code required and email delays (05/11/2019)

Hi Everyone


Current Status: Under Investigation - 05/11/2019 - 11:45 AM (AEST)

 

Products: Two-factor Authentication

 

We are aware that clients are needing to enter their two-factor authentication code after a maintenance update overnight (04-05/11/2019). This is despite having selected the Trust this Device for 30 days function having being enabled and the 30 days is not elapsed.

 

We are also investigating some cases of clients not receiving or a delay with receiving their two-factor verification code email when email verification is being used. This is currently under investigation by our team, who do realise the importance of resolving it as soon as possible.
