UNABLE TO CHANGE PAYMENT/BILLING INFORMATION UNDER "MY ACCOUNT"

HI ALL,

 

we have 2 x business names ( and therefore 2 x serail numbers) for our businesses. i am an admininstrator and owner for our both ,and yet one of them wont allow me to change payment/billing details with regards to our MYOB monthly susbsciptions.

 

if someone could get back to me that owudl be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your post.

 

When you tried to change the payment details from your My Account, did you receive any error message? If yes, kindly attach the error to your reply. Make sure sensitive information are removed before posting in the forum. Also, kindly try to clear cache the browser then try again to change the payment details. The Help Article Your MYOB subscription and payment details will provide you with all the available information.

Thanks for the update. To further assist you with this, kindly send me a private message with the following details: 

 

  • Serial number (used when you received the error message)
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name
