I am from Papua New Guinea and have been using MYOB Premier v11. Recently, I could not confirm my file online and need help on this.

I'm happy to look into the confirmation of your company file further if required. In order to do so, can you send me a private message on the Forum with the serial number of the company file (Setup>>Company Information) and the company file ID (Help>>About AccountRight). This information can be obtained by selecting to confirm the file later/placing it into read only mode.
