Unable to Connect - 23/04/2019

Hi Everyone

 

Current Status: Resolved 23/04/2019 11:20 AM (AEST)


Products: AccountRight Live

 

We are currently aware of some clients are receiving an "Unable to Connect" or Connection messages when attempting to access their company file in the cloud with AccountRight.


We apologise for the inconvenience. Our team is looking into the cause right now and we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience during this time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding

 

Our team have managed to resolve the connection errors that clients have been receiving today and clients should now be able to log into their online files successfully.
