Unable to activate company file online after change of computer

I have AccountRight PC 2016.1 and updated to a new computer and downloaded and installed AccountRight 2016.1 again. It says it is unable to activate my company file online and tells me to ring the 1300 number. I spent 30 minutes on a call that ultimately didn't help, so I called again and spent another 45 minutes talking to someone to get it fixed, then he transferred me to another number with a 30 minute wait time.  I hung up.  Please help me get going again.
