Unable to backup or sync online file for 2019.2 - 01/07/2019

We've received a few reports of client being unable to backup or sync their AccountRight Live 2019.2 files.

Hi everyone,

 

Quick update on this.

 

Our team is investigating the issues impacting backup, restore, upload and syncing of company files, with our 3rd party provider.

 

Clients will find the system to be slow or appearing to freeze when trying to complete any of these actions. In some instances these actions could also cause the application to crash.

 

If you are trying to complete any of those steps now please try later in the day. 

 

This issue will not impact the overall performance of the application.
