Unable to confirm company file online

Hi @GDCE 

 

I'm happy to check it for you, could you please send me a private message with the following information?

 

  • The MYOB Serial Number (Found in: Setup > Company Information)
  • The Company File ID, product and build (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight), a screenshot works too
  • (For v19.x and below) Choose confirm by phone, what's the company file code shown?
