Unable to confirm company file

Hi

I have recently upgrated to MYOB Essentials on line. I would like to use my old MYOBRIGHT 19.5 file till I am confident with the MYOB Essentials on line. I have tried to log in and it would not confirm the company file. Is it possible to use both? Please Help.

Hi @EPL1 

 

You can certainly keep both v19.5 and Essentials for the time being, just be mindful that you'd need to enter the data in both software.

 

I'm afraid that we did experience an issue over the weekend for company file confirmation. It was resolved for v19 and below version users yesterday, could you please give it another try to confirm the company file?

Good Afternoon,

I've been having issues all morning. I am not able to log in as it now keeps saying it is unable to connect to the online confirmation service.

Sorry to hear you are unable to confirm the company file. Are you using the v201x version? 

 

If so, we are currently looking into this issue and aim to resolve it as soon as possible. If you have the option to confirm later, please choose that it shall give you a 14-day grace period. If not, you may choose open a Read Only copy to view details only for now.

Hi again,

 

We are using the MYOB AccountRight 2019.1 version on the cloud.

Unfortunately read-only is not useful to me as I have this week to process payroll & also create aba's.
