Unable to confirm company file

Hi,

 

I have a client that's unable to confirm company file.

 

The message they are getting is 'Your company file confirmation period has ended'

 

Please advise.

Thanks for your post. Can you please send me a private message with the below details so I can look into this:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Company file code
