Unable to connect to bank feed in 19.4, keeps coming up with retry. I have checked the status of the bank feed and it says ready. It has worked since I upgraded but the last week have not been able to use the bank feed function.

Hi @Cerise,
Just thought I'd update this post in case any other users may be experiencing the same thing. As there was a Time Out error as well this issue was resolved by checking out the company file and getting the Bank Feed transactions. Bank Feeds are now working successfully while the file is online.
