Hi , I have problem to open my MYOB company file. I had this problem, and you already sent me the confirmation code in Nov 2022, it was okay to open the file. Now it happens again.

Your assistance in issue would be appreciated.

Company files do need to be confirmed on regular basis. Please send me the following information in a private message so that I can assist with confirming that file:

 

  • The serial number of the product -  Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The version of the software you are using - Help>>About AccountRight
  • If you are on AccountRight Classic (v19 or below) - the Company file code

*Update: company file confirmed
