Unable to log in

Can not lo into Essentials. Blocked by back up progress message for 5 hours.

Hi @jamesfwright 

 

I can see that your AccountRight company file appears to be stuck backing up. I've reset that back to Active for you. This should allow you to access that company file as intended.
