Unable to re-add user whose access was temporarily removed

Hello - I have administrator access and am using AccountRight Plus 2022.11.0 - Our company file is online.

 

I need to re-activate/re-invite a user whose access was temporarily removed - I have made the user active again in the company file but, when I go to "Invite online user" in my.MYOB, I get a message saying:

 

"The invitation couldn't be sent because this person is already entitled to use this company file."

 

I have checked the list of users in my.MYOB - The user I am trying to add is listed with a status of "access removed" and I can see no way of changing this.

 

Is there some step I have missed?

Hi @Maus-MSV

 

Thanks for your post. I'm happy to take a look into this for you, can you please send me a private message with the below details:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • Users full name and email address

 

Update: Have activated the users access
