Thank you for confirming that information

 

As the company file is stored locally, we do need to arrange for the HotFix tool to be run. So we can arrange for that to occur can you send me a private message on the Forum with your best contact number.

 

Do ensure that you have a backup of that company file before sending that private message.

You should be good to apply that payment now, just ensure that you close down and reopen the file before trying.

Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local - ONLINE

  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information - 2940
  • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight  - 1
