Problem allocating payment to invoice since updating to 18.4

since upgrading accountright 18.4 i am unable to allocate a payment as the invoices arent coming up and keeps crashing on me.

 number ending in 7079

I've arranged for the necessary script to be run over the company file. Do ensure that you close down and reopen the file before attempting that process

I have the same problem.

 

Our file is stored locally.

Our file ends #8472

 

Can you let me know what to do with the file please?

The fix for this requires a script to be run over your file, as yours is local we do have a Local Hotfix tool that can be used to apply the script.

 

For access to the tool, please send me a Private Message with your full MYOB Serial Number and I can send through the link and instructions. You can send me a Private Message by hovering your mouse over my Avatar and clicking Send Message on the popup.

You should be good to apply that payment now, just ensure that you close down and reopen the file before trying.

  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is --> 7509
  • What is the company file ID ---> 1

  • Where the company file is stored; LOCAL
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is 0091
  • What is the company file ID - 1
