Unable to synchronise company file

Hi

I have been trying to synchronise my company file - we only have one since 11th June and still no luck.

After logging on my task bar says I am online however when I try to sych (manually or auto) I get the following messages.

 

Starting synch - synching resources - synching changes and then 

 

UNABLE TO SYNCH WITH THE ONLINE FILE

Remote Server returned an error : 400 Bad Request

 

No matter what I try the same thing happens.

 

It does not allow me to work offline either as the intial synch wont work....

 

Any ideas? I'm nervous about rolling over payroll year and or doing too much as not sure if transactions are being saved anywhere...

Unfortunately nothing has changed - still cant synch. Same error messages.......

Thanks for your post, and apologies that you have been having problems with synchronising you company file.

 

There may have been capacity issues at the time of your post, however to my knowledge these have all been resolved.  Can I confirm with you that this issue is fixed for you?
