Update

Hi

 

I have upgraded to 2017.1 and I have confirmed that under the help menu.. However when i log in I still get a message saying I need to update to new version.

 

Do I need to do anything else ?

This can occur when you start AccountRight from your Desktop or Taskbar, if these icons refer to an older version - such as 2016.3

 

To access 2017.1, go to your Start menu, find the MYOB folder and look for version 2017.1

Then to put the link on your Task Bar, right-click it, go to More and then Pin to Taskbar.

To put a shortcut on your Desktop, click and drag it 

(You might like to delete your Desktop and Taskbar shortcuts to older versions).

Thanks Kym, sorry i reposted as I was unable to find this post.  I am selecting the 2017.1 icon I deleted the 2016 icon
