Uploading a second company file

I need to get an online file taken off the cloud.  How do i do this?  Been on phone with MYOB for over an hour and noone is helping me

Hi @BarbVT 

 

Sorry to hear that you have trouble contacting the phone based team to get your company file removed.

Looking at your account, it does look like the file has been removed and another copy of the file has been uploaded.

 

If that is not the case and you still need that file removed, I would go open the online copy of the file and check the Company file ID (Help>>About AccountRight) and then do the same in the offline file. If these are the same, you can take a copy of the offline file (File>>Backup) and once completed restore that backup into the cloud using File>>Restore>>Restore online using AccountRight Live. This will replace that online file in the cloud with that local copy of the same file.

Hi Steven, Thank you sooooo much for contacting me.  Someone from MYOB has fixed it although i don't know who or how (possibly Dave?). 

 

Someone called Lenetz (sorry about spelling) kept me on the phone for over 90 minutes. 

 

If I knew how to put in a complaint i would - not about you of course! 

 

I also rang twice yesterday and got the run around and then left on hold until i eventually (after 20 minutes with no one coming back to me) I hung up.  

 

Frustrating - do you know how i put in a compaint?
