User Invitation (MYOB AccountRight 2021.3) not received

Hi team,

 

I work for a tax agent/accounting firm on a few different clients. I had 2 occasions (most recent) that the clients sent me the invitation but I did not receive the invitation emails from MYOB. 

 

Since I don't have access to the MYOB files, I don't have the serial numbers with me

Hi @HLN

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! If you haven't received the invitation I would recommend checking your junk mail, if it's not in there we would need more a confirmation of their serial number so we can take a look into this further. If you do get this from the client please do send me a private message with the serial number and your email address so I can investigate.
