User/Sign in Off Line Account

I signed in online and I have full administrator rights. I wanted a person to view our account "read only" so i backed up a file, restored it in the library and set up their user access read only and created certain preferences. I didnt want them to access to the live file.


I went into that file today but it would let me sign in. I didn't set myself up with access as I didnt think to do it and there was no prompt to do so as it allowed me to do the setting up. I now cannot go in and and change the persons preferences and it doesnt recongize any previous password of mine nor my online login.


I tried signing in as Administrator and leaving the password blank and that didn't work also

Hi @karenlee1 

If you can log in with your email address and password, but getting stuck at the second screen, can you please send us your serial number by Private Message as we might have to reset the Administrator login so you can have the access again.
