User not getting invitation emails to online company file

Hi,

This seems to happen every year, but I'm trying to set up my accountant in MYOB online company account. But while it says the invite has been sent to him, and I can cancel or resend the invite, he says he is not getting the emails.

I've tried sending to both his gmail.com account and a company.com.au account but nothing seems to be getting through - he has checked his spam folders, etc

is there something maybe in his email settings which blocks the invite email?  What is the address the emaial invite comes from.
