Hi There can you send me the form to change the owner to the Director of the business please? An employee has been made the owner and the director request to change it to his name, how will the bank feeds work then?

That’s no problem at all, I have organised that form to be sent out to you. It can be returned to the customer service email address at the bottom of the email for our team to process the form.
To retrieve bank feeds in AccountRight, the email address used needs to be registered as either an online owner or online administrator of the file. If an email address was registered as on owner email for example and was changed to no longer have access to the file then it wouldn’t be able to retrieve bank feeds on that file
