my.Myob Online File Access

Hello! 

 

I have received and accepted my client's invitation as an online administrator. However, when I login to my.MYOB to manage online file access for other users, the company file does not appears in the dropdown menu in the top, right hand corrner?  The company's file is definitely online, do I have to give it 48 hours to appear or something?

Hi @MeaganG1 

 

Sounds like you only have only been granted to access the online file(s) associated with that account, but have not actually been direct linked to the account with your my.MYOB account. Or in other words, you have access to the files on that serial number but not the account that they belong to.


My recommendation would be to get the primary contact on the account to get in touch with your phone-based team to have you added you to the account and grant my.MYOB account access.

 

Note: AccountRight Live Access doesn't automatically grant you access to the my.MYOB account, only access to the online files associated with that account/have been invited to.
