myob accountright email are not sending

Hi

 

Emails our not sending from the online accountright premier 2021.3.0.  I have send myself emails 5 hours ago from accountright and my bookkeeper just now one to herself and we are yet to the received the emails.  I have the green tink in the sent email delivery in accountright, but they are been received.  

 

This needs to be fixed.

We're aware that the emails are not being received by some customers. Our teams are investigating this and we'll post an update once this is resolved.

We are having this issue now with 2021.4. What is the update?

 

Our suppliers aren't getting our PO's.

Hi @HARVEY 

 

We weren't aware of known issues with emailing at the time of your post. If you're still experiencing problems, can you please confirm the following:


1) Are you using online emailing or sending invoices using Outlook?

2) Is the issue happening with emailing payslips, invoices, etc. too?

3)  Does resending the purchase orders work?
