new company

Hi I am currently in the process of setting up a seperate company from the usual one.

 

As I need to log in to both I have used the same email address so I can access both companies at the same time.

 

When i log in to my.myob I cant change from one  company to the other. I only get the option from the first company.

 

How can I seperate these.

Hi @ablaze 


my.MYOB accounts typically look on an account or serial number based level rather than a company file level. So if you have multiple accounts you would need to use the account selector (top right once logged in) to select the appropriate account you wish to manage.


Note: The access does depend on your current setup and the what actually you are trying to achieve.
