I want to add a new user, unfortunately the email address Im setting up is the same email address to the administrator, what should I do, even I removed the administrator the email address has been same to MYOB online? Please assist.

Is there a reason why the email address is the same? If not then to be able to avoid this issue the best plan is to use a different email address.
If there is a reason why it has to be the same please let us know the reason in a reply.
The fc stands for a financial controller, our old financial controller has resigned so we have a new hire fc , thats the reason why we have to use that email again, I will just change the name.
Sorry, I misunderstood your last post. To be able to update the name for the online email you can reset the password, then update the contact details. I have found a help page that contains the instructions to do this, About my.MYOB.
After updating these details you can modify the User ID the email address is attached to. Instructions for managing users can be found here, Managing users.
