rolling back a financial year

rolling back a financial year

recently purchased Account Right 2019 and trying to set up accounts to finalise financial year 2019. MYOB was automatically set to current financial year 2020 but i need to set up financial year 2019 data. The "Roll Back a Financial Year" option on the File menu is not activated. How do i go about it?

Hello @sabinorule ,

unfortunately the roll back option is only available for files that were previously able to enter data in that financial year and have rolled over since.

For new files that are created into the 2020 FY, the only way to go back would be to discard your current company  file and create a new one. Please see the steps below:
