sent emails not showing statements send

sent emails not showing statements send

Hi,  I emailed statements through MYOB yesterday and today I have tried looking in the 'sent emails' section and they are not coming up, how do I know if they have gone through.  I have not had problems with sending/tracking invoices though.

Hi @danidem,

 

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great source of information.

 

We had an issue yesterday where our Email Server was not able to send out the Online Emails, we were able to resolve this issue though our server was still working through sending all the emails in the queue. I have checked with the team monitoring the situation and we are experiencing a few delays with the emails currently though they should definitely be sending today.

 

If you check the Sent Emails window now, can you see the email that you had sent out?
