How do I remove the 2 files that are showing when I go to sign into MYOB (our file is in the cloud)?
How do I have MYOB automatically go to our cloud file?
This use to be all sorted, worked smoothly. Since receiving the file back from MYOB data services and restoring, now it is all messy. Use to be 1 step, now 5 steps.
How I am currently logging in is:
Step 1 Click MYOB AR icon, Log into -- 2 files are showing as per screenshot (if i click on either of these it does not work)
Step 2 Click open a company file
Step 3 Click online
Step 4 Sign into myob online
Step 5 click the company file

A company file can be removed from the Recently opened company file list by right-clicking on the name and selecting Remove from List. Note: This will remove that file from the Recently Opened Company File list and not from the necessary library location.
Once that list has been cleared, you can just open the necessary company file from the Open a Company File option and this should repopulate back into the Recently opened company file for easy opening.
