Nothing happens and MYOB is frozen once again!!!!!!!!!!

 

Really getting sick and tired of this..................................................

Same here all day yesterday we are with ST George and have downloaded statement over the net so not sure what the problem is.  Not the greatest way to be able to run a business.

Yep - 'Resolved' not so much...

 

I see MYOB already have a Bank feeds post up for the 11th. 

Really disappointing to see MYOB so unreliable these days.

This problem has been a re-occurring issue for a very long time now.  When are MYOB going to get on top of it and fix it propery? This seriously impacts on many businesses because they cannot get receipts allocated quickly enough to stop reminders going out and peeing off the customers.

 

It is so not a good look for you or us!

I logged in a little earlier than my colleague and could download bank feeds today. My colleague, who uses the same bank - NAB - logging in half an hour later and couldn't get bank feeds.

Hi Theresa,

 

There are issues again today, this is becoming to frequent to keep being ignored by MYOB thousands of customers are getting very frustrated with this system - don't sell something that is inadequate, then when you know it is inadequate to keep raving about how freaking great it is when it is not - it is broken.. this is what happen when you white lable a product because it isn't built specifically for you (MYOB) so therefore doesn't work specifically how you want it to!

FIX THE GOD **bleep** ISSUES ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!
