You might have missed the update on the community forum home page or the previous page of this post but we are aware of this. We have posted regarding today's bank feed outage. Please subscribe the post Bank Feeds Unable to Connect 11/10/2019 for updates on the status of this. 

 

I have seen everyone else's feedback as well.  I've passed it along but there's little I can do other than let you know when this is updated. Apologies for the delay and inconvenience.

The banks are providing the information. It's MYOB fault, not the banks. Easy for them to pass the buck, so typical. I use NAB for my other business and guess what, NO bank feed issues. Feeds have updated but MYOB still on the trail of the PINK PANTHER....hehehe

To all Respondants in this post,

Do yourselves are favour and seek alternative software. I know a good one thats starts with an X and ends in O. I use it for my other business and have never encountered the BS that I do with MYOB. Shame on you MYOB! WE have all had enough of you pointing the finger at everyone except yourselves. Own up, fix it or you will become extinct! Come to think of it, MYOB software runs like a dinosaur...it was great in the day...they missed the boat when others saw and capitalised on a gap in the market.

Bank feeds act like they are working now for me, but say there are no new transactions when I KNOW there are!

Hi @Connockity 


Just having a look at your account and feeds, I can see that we do have a number of transactions (around 20 transactions) to be collected dating back to 10/10/2019.

 

Am able to go ensure that you are opening company file ID 1 (Help>>About AccountRight) and the serial number of that file ends with 5585 (Setup>>Company Information) before going to Banking>>Bank Feeds>>Get Bank Transactions.
