Invoice Reminders: Allow option to be enabled upon card creation

When setting up new customers, I have to save the card first, then go back in and turn on the invoice reminders. It would be much more useful to do this all in one step and would reduce the number of times we forget to turn it on. Or is there a setting to turn it on by default and we turn it off when not needed?
