Can someone please explain why a company that exists entirely to make customers accounting simpler has now made it impossible to pay annual fees once and needs to make it monthly? I now need to make 12 transactions a year instead of one. Please give us the option but do not force us. The reason of course is that someone on monthly fees does not have the moment of seeing an annual bill and having to decide if its worth continuing to pay.
Understand that from a business perspective but know that some of your customers see this as a negative....and that can have consequences down the track.
