A client of mine has 3 divisional ledgers, with the same supplier supplying 1,2 or all 3 divisions.

Would be nice to have :

- An option for a shared card directory (Xero has this) plus

- An option to export a single card, into another AccountRight ledger that's held under the same my.myob.com account

"Export a sinlgle customer supplier or item card direct from the card"

Current Status: Done
Last Changed: December 2017

Hi Everyone

With the release of AccountRight 2016.3, the updated Card list window has been added. This allows for the user to add in additional columns (40+) to the Card File window for searching and information. Along with that if you right click on the window you can select Copy List to Clipboard, which will copy the list to the clipboard so it can be added to Excel or another document.

So in your case, if you wanted to export out one particular card or series of cards, you could search for that card in the Card Lists and select Copy List to Clipboard.

For more information on the updated Card List window please see Help Article: The Card List

This Copy List to Clipboard will be available for the Item list record as well.
