Card: Employee - Field for date of salary increase

It would be helpful to have a field that records the date of salary increases.  It would be even better if you can enter a new one and the system would then calculate the back pay due

It would also be helpful to be able to add dates of sick leave and annual leave as exact dates as they aren't always consecutive. Also to be able to put pay rises in plus additional stuff like mobile phone, car allowance etc and link to employee.
