With the new support system implemented. it is impossible to get questions answered. Who has 3 hours to ask one question and still not get it resolved.

I propose a concerige service where you send an email or you raise a ticket , a person will respond/call at an agreed time. Only serving you and not 5 other people at the same time.  That way you will be able to continue your work day. Not grinding the day to a halt while you try to get service.
