Forms: Cheques - Job Name, Number field

We'd like to add the data field "Job" to a customized payment request form but it does not seem to be available on the list of data fields and we do not know how to add it to the list of options.

See attached print screen of the field we would like to add to a customized payment request form that will display the job number as well as other fields like allocation code etc.
