MYOB (a couple of versions ago) used to include the Employee's address field in the payslip template.  I am required to mail payslips to employees and am reduced to hand addressing envelopes instead of folding into window envelopes.

 

I know many people receive their payslips via email and this is an excellent feature, however, there are still people who want/need their slips in hardcopy.

 

Please add the employee address field back into the payslip template.

Adding the Payee field to your pay slip form in AccountRight 2022 will showcase the employee's name and if expanded out vertically will showcase the Address 1 field from the employee's card.

We are seriously looking at migrating our payroll away from MYOB .. We are in a regional area and a significant number of our staff do not even have access to the internet.  And we have unreliable internet access so cloud based accounting is not a sensible option either.

I also would like to add that it would be great to address's printed on payslips. Our employees request it for proof of address coming to a new state, and this would be very helpful.

 

Adding to the notes is difficult when you already use notes for other comments.

 

I would also like the ability to re-hire staff but keep existing dates of orignial hire in the system for reference. Is this a possiblity?

 Please add the option of the address field on employee payslips.  We - too - have employees who do not have email addresses and require hard copies of thier payslips.  Much easier to do (and neater!) to be able to print them off and send in window faced envelopes!

Please bring it back! The staff have no way of knowing if their address details in the system are current as it doesn’t display on their payslip.

At EOFY the ex-employees printed payment summaries are being mailed to incorrect addresses as they were unaware it need to be updated.

The suggestion of using the notes doesn’t work for us as we record other information in there.

We have given in and moved to another specialist HR software supplier for our HR and Payroll requirements.  Payroll will no longer be a consideration if we choose to re-look at our Accounting Software needs into the future.
