In Tray: Supplier invoices received in landscape format can't be read

A large percentage of supplier invoices received are in landscape format.   When we bring these invoices into the in-tray, it converts them to portrait which can't be read.    There should be an option to allow the supplier invoices to be rotated easily into landscape so they can be read and used to populate the bill.    Can you please prioritise adding this feature as soon as possible, because without it, the OCR functionality on reading invoices is virtually redundant, especially for retail clients.   We receive 80%+ of our supplier invoices in landscape format

Sorry for the belated Status Change - Earlier this year we have made changes with how In Tray works that can now extract OCR information from Landscape Invoices.

 

If you are still experiencing problems, please Start a Post describing the issue so that we can investigate.

Currently, photos of bills being forwarded to in tray will sometimes come in horizontally. 

 

It has to do with the way the user is holding the phone. Somehow the user has to hold the phone horizontally for the photo to appear correctly in tray.

 

One way to fix this is to allow rotation in in tray.

 

Poor neck has been crooked ever since in tray was introduced.
