MYOB Invoices (app): Add multiple line items at one time

Currently, when adding a line item to an invoice, using the Invoices App, you have to save the invoice after adding the line before you can add another line. This takes a very long time when you are adding multilpe line items to an invoice, because there is up to a 10 second wait each time while the invoice is saved to the cloud. Some of our reps sell package deals of 40+ items at at time, and this is extremely slow and frustrating for them.

We need to be able to add multiple line items at a time without needing to save the invoice between each one. Simple
