When an invoice is emailed to the customer from the system, its activity & content can be viewed via the “View all activity” button on top. However, when the sale is at an order stage and we email the customer any updates related to that particular order through the system, no activity can be traced. There is no option to check what email content was sent. Only the delivery status can be checked from the sent emails feature. We have created a proforma invoice layout in our system to send proforma invoices when the sale is at the order stage so that the customer can pre-pay. We send the proforma invoice direct from the system and also personalise the email body to include important information such as delivery dates, payment conditions, etc. Unfortunately, we have no way to see what personalise message was sent with the email
