MYOB does not have a solution for All Purpose Allowances in STP2. All purpose allowances need to be reported separately to the ATO from hourly rate and most leave payments, but must be included in an employee's hourly rate for overtime, leave loading and cash out of leave calculations (not disaggregated). Setting up numerous new overtime and leave categories for each individual's hourly rate to do this is NOT a solution. Dollar values on entitlement reports are also incorrect as a result of not being able to link APAs to an employees hourly rate.
Please provide an option when setting up hourly rate categories to strip out APA to report when required, or when setting up allowance categories an option to add to hourly rate when required.
This has been an ongoing saga for over 12 months and needs to be addressed urgently please!
